Welcome to Play Ranch Family Child Care! My name is Joyce Bettes, and I am the Owner and Director of this nurturing and educational childcare program in the South Bay. With extensive experience in early childhood education, I am dedicated to supporting the growth and development of children in our community.

My journey in this field began with a passion for creating a warm, caring environment where young children can thrive. Over the years, I have earned the title of "Master Teacher" from the California Department of Education and continue to further my education to enhance our program.

Play Ranch Family Child Care is fully licensed with the Department of Social Services and has been accredited by the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) for over 17 years. We also collaborate with Comprehensive Child Development to provide a subsidized meal plan, ensuring that all children in our care receive nutritious, balanced meals.

We prioritize healthy eating and active play, offering meals that feature whole grains, fresh fruits, and vegetables, with a focus on organic options whenever possible. Our program serves 12-14 children, maintaining a low child-to-teacher ratio to provide personalized care and attention.
